Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital Launches National Cohort Study on Asymptomatic Tuberculosis
Asymptomatic tuberculosis refers to a condition in which none of the typical symptoms of tuberculosis—such as coughing, fever, or weight loss—are present. Approximately 20–30% of tuberculosis patients are asymptomatic and are discovered incidentally during routine health screenings.
